UPDATING REF SHEET! /STILL/. More info soon.

More info coming soon...
Endurance: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: How much damage he can take.
>Slightly above average.
Ever can't take a huge amount of damage, but he's still got about as much natural resilience as your average bar room brawler. You can knock him around and bloody him up, and he'll keep on coming for a good bit, but he's still as fragile as your usual human. He is not particularly resistant to having a bone broken or being cut or bruised, his tolerance is just a little higher.

Strength: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: Physical ability to push weight around.
>Average.
Pretty much exact average for his age and height, he can't do anything impressive. For instance, he could probably pick up someone small like Richard, but he'd hardly be able to throw them around. He could land a half decent punch and it'll hurt, but it's not gonna knock your teeth out.

Stamina: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: How far he can push himself without fatigue.
>Slightly above average.
He gets an above average score here because, while he can go on moving about as much as a healthy human can, he can also take minor doses of electricity that equate to the recovery of a power nap. It doesn't heal him, but it gives him a small resurgence of energy.

Intelligence: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: :bulletgreen: :bulletblue: Factual knowledge and ability to put together ideas.
>Very high.
Factually, Ever knows a lot... though his knowledge is fairly well restricted to gaming, statistics, math, coding, and technology with some of that branching into an understanding of mechanics. While he can think of solutions to most problems, he is not always particularly good at putting together solutions quickly

Charisma: :bulletred: :bulletorange: His charm and likeability.
>Low.
It's not that he's a repulsive person or anything close to that, he's just... well, he's awkward. He has a strange sense of humor that usually relates to tech or game jokes that a lot of people don't get (not necessarily because they don't understand, but because they're bad and often puns). He doesn't fully comprehend the concept of personal space, and knows most of what he does about how to interact with others from books on social behavior. This kid was a serious shut in.
"I am touching your shoulder and making eye contact to establish a bond."
Also his smile in tandem with the just a little too intense stare if he likes you tends to creep people out.
If you give him the chance, though, he's loyal with a sunny disposition, even if his jokes are awful.

Willpower: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: His ability to stick to his convictions.
>Average.
He is fairly strong to his convictions, but a proper and valid argument can sway him to a new way of thinking.

Perception: :bulletred: :bulletorange: His awareness of his surroundings and gullibility.
>Below average.
This is something of an issues. Ever doesn't know how to read people very well; he can understand tones, but he's much better at deciphering emotes than human faces. Subtleties will slip right past him unnoticed. On a broader scale, his attentions are usually fixated in his mind, and his awareness of what's going on around him can be very low. He is not a hard person to sneak up on.

Speed: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: :bulletgreen: :bulletblue: How fast he can move.
>Above average.
The fact is, Ever isn't just a nerd that plays games or messes with computers all day. When you come from a long line of superheroes, there's a certain standard of expectation in physicality. Ever does train his body... though it's mostly cardio focused and not so much about strength. Maybe that runs in the vein of having electric powers? Either way, Ever has an above average foot speed, and when I say that... I do mean you can put him on the level of an Olympic sprinter for a short burst. (Though such an energy expenditure would go so far as to sink the level of his energy bar.)

Luck: :bulletred: The odds of outside events moving in his favor.
>Very Low.
Ever's luck is so low that the environment is pretty likely to work against him. Most everything that can go wrong will go wrong... and he just has to try to make sure he can get through things with no dependence on luck.

Agility: :bulletred: :bulletorange: :bulletyellow: :bulletgreen: :bulletblue: Grace and nimbleness. Balance.
>Very high.
Ever is extremely nimble and dexterous. He can run quickly, and on top of that his maneuverability at a high speed is very impressive; sharp turns and a high dodge rating come with this territory.

----------------------------------------------------------

Personality:
Ever could most easily be described as the funny guy friend in a romantic comedy. You know the one, right? Yeah, the one that doesn't get the girl, but is probably the only real reason the lead manages to get his ass in gear to go get the girl.
He has a fairly sunny personality, and when it comes right down to it, he's a dork. He's goofy (often unintentionally), awkward, and if he thinks you're attractive (and he probably will), he's probably not going to be able to string two words together once he bombs his first dweeby pick-up line that probably didn't even make sense to you in the first place.
Unless there's a screen between you.
If Ever is talking with his fingers, then he can be charming and funny... if still managing to come off as a bit strange from time to time.
On the flipside... he does have something of a temper; though that side isn't likely to come out around someone that can't be viewed as an authority figure. Ever has a deep rooted grudge against 'authority' that runs much, much deeper than teenage rebellion.
His bark is much worse than his bite, though, and even if he does get angry, he's all talk and hateful scowls.

----------------------------------------------------------

Abilities:
Ever, in the past, has shown some aptitude with manipulating electricity, though not on a large scale. He can only generate about as much as someone in wool socks on a carpet at the moment, but if he were to get access to it in quantity, he can direct it however he pleases. He can also, in fact, store electricity temporarily, but holding it an excess of a half hour can start having a negative effect on his nervous system. Stored electricity must also be released in a burst as his control is fairly low.

That aside, he is very skilled with computers... but more on that later.

----------------------------------------------------------

Background:
Ever comes from a world where superheroes/villains are about as common as orthodontists. Ever himself can actually trace his bloodline back to the first known people to carry the ACM gene.
You might notice that Ever's last name is a series of numbers and letters, this is because he has been convicted of a crime, and every one of his personal records has been altered to reflect this. In his day and age, you can get all the stats you want on someone with a simple application and a scan, and there are five levels of offenders; blue, green, yellow, red, and black. Offenders in the blue range are minor, non-violent offenses like petty theft, while black is where you'll find your terrorists and mass murderers. Because of his age, Ever has a red rating, but while that usually means life in prison if not a death sentence... well, sometimes the fact that your parents were superheroes works in your favor. Still, while blue, green, and sometimes even yellow offenders can re-enter society having regained their name, Ever will never have that opportunity.
His crime is well known, but anyone who didn't know who he was and what he'd done would know he was a red level offender with a simple look up, and this is essentially going to ruin his life, and he's already seeing the effects of this.
Online, he can hide his identity, but it's a tricky and ongoing process. His friends, save for one, have no idea who he really is.
----------------------------------------------------------
Anklet:

Tracking device, plain and simple (He's more or less on indefinite house arrest). And yes, it does go into his flesh and put a certain stress on his movement over long periods. They reverted to something a bit more archaic when he became rather persistent about disabling and/or removing the tracking chips. If he tries to take this off, he's labial to lose at least everything below that knee when it blows.

----------------------------------------------------------

Computer:

That little thing Ever slips onto Ever's fingers is sort of his equivalent of a laptop computer. The screens are projected, and it works by voice command. While he's modified it, in Ever's world, this kind of thing is as common as a cellphone today, having all the function of a laptop and cellphone but with more ease of access. Ever keeps it close largely to be used as a phone, because immersion in the net is preferable to looking at screens. There's even a little Ever AI that works sort of like the paperclip, except he can only mime and doesn't 'speak'.
----------------------------------------------------------

HP Bar:
The red and blue bars are bad karma and good karma respectively. If Ever's bad karma goes up, then the strength of his lightning abilities goes up. (Bad Karma: Something done with malicious intent.) The little bar that says 'OC' is his overcharge bar, allowing for an impossibly powerful attack... but it can only be filled if his bad karma is maxed out, and we're probably not gonna see /that/ happen, now are we? Inversely, the Good Karma bar weakens his electric powers as it increases.
The energy bar is the energy pool Ever has to draw from not only for his electricity, but for his speed. Running alone drains the energy bar (albeit fairly slowly). If his energy bar is out, so is he, and he'll hit the ground. Rest recovers it very slowly, food a bit faster, and he can get a 15% recharge by absorbing electricity at the exchange for a 25% drop in health from what remains at the time he does it.
